Meet Jessica- Your Pelvic Health Therapist Serving Pittsburgh, PA

In those early weeks, the joy of motherhood quickly became overshadowed by physical discomfort and emotional difficulties. She struggled with pelvic pain, constipation and painful hemorrhoids, which left her feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Despite her background as an Occupational Therapist, Jessica felt unprepared and uninformed in facing these challenges. She found there was a lack of accessible information and care for people experiencing pelvic health issues.

Driven by her own experiences, Jessica decided to take action. She started researching pelvic health and realized that many women were suffering in silence, facing similar struggles without the necessary support. The idea of South Hills Pelvic Health began to take shape. She envisioned a clinic that would provide comprehensive, compassionate care, that would empower people with the knowledge they need to find their way to pelvic wellness.

With a clear mission in mind, Jessica pursued further education and training in pelvic floor therapy. She wanted to ensure that her practice would empower people to seek the help they need, preventing the issues she had faced herself. The vision was to create a place where people could receive empowering knowledge and find a supportive community.

And so South Hills Pelvic Health was born.
